We want every MOTION LA order to arrive as expected. If there is a problem with your order, contact us at motionla2023@gmail.com with your order number and details about the issue.

Return and refund eligibility depends on the condition of the item, the reason for the request, and applicable law. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition to be considered for a return unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or otherwise used may not be eligible for return or refund. Certain limited-release, collaboration, customized, or final-sale items may also be ineligible when clearly identified as such before purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos and your order number so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time after approval can vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the issue resulted from an error by MOTION LA.
