MOTION LA ships orders to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery timing are shown during checkout when available.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Processing and carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during high-volume releases, collaborations, holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the contact information provided with the order. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is delayed, lost, returned to sender, or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact motionla2023@gmail.com with your order number so we can review the shipment and available next steps.

MOTION LA is not responsible for delays caused solely by the shipping carrier, customs, address errors supplied by the customer, or events outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
