If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

You may not use the site for unlawful activity, interfere with store security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse MOTION LA content, trademarks, designs, graphics, or other intellectual property.

All MOTION LA branding, original designs, site content, and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOTION LA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the store after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
